To help you, here are the most common questions we get asked, and the answers to them.
1.Q - When will I get my order?
A - When you checkout, you will be told the approximate date of delivery. Its vital to bear in mind that Bank/Public holidays will delay your order for up to three or four days. However, if you have received and "Order Despatched/Sent" e-mail, you can rest assured that you items are on their way to you.
2.Q - Who do you send the orders with?
A- Mostly Royal Mail, most orders are tracked.
3.Q - Can I return unwanted items?
A- Yes of course, just send a returns request email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number. But be aware, you must do this within 14 days starting the day after the item(s) are delivered to you. You need to wait for a RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE you send anything back to us, as you cannot not be refunded otherwise.
4.Q Do you pay for postage costs when returning items?
In the case of unwanted items, we sadly do not pay the postage. We do this to keep prices as low as we can. Sites offering "free" returns, are of course, not free at all, the cost of the return is simply built into the price of every item! Where an item is found to be faulty, we will of course refund the postage costs
5.Q -You don't have my size, what should I do?
A- Simple, just call the store, I has It's own stock, and might be able to help, Tel 01446 794642 from 10am - 4pm. We'll either put the item online for you to buy that day or you can pay over the phone there and then unless the store is very busy. Please do bear with us if we're busy.
6.Q - There's a mistake on your web site, who do I tell?
A- Just use the contact us button on the left hand side to tell us, we'll always try and fix things the same day.
